Lay the foundation for a successful Fall Cross Country Season with Knoxville Youth Athletics summer cross country camp. Held throughout the summer the program offers weekly practices with a focus on developing the solid distance background. Sessions for Middle and High School as well as Elementary School.

Off season conditioning program is a two session program that offers sprinters, jumpers and throwers a base training bridge between the end of their competitive season and the beginning of the next competitive season. One session in the fall and one in the late spring as a bridge to summer track and field.
