10/26/16 – Charlotte, NC – Today was a day of PR’s, medals and great memories as we close out our fall season. What started with some of our great parents racing ended with KYA having an individual champion. As we travel home on the bus, kids from several different schools playing games and laughing together, we celebrate all the great performances today. Keegan Smith is one of youngest members of the team at just 10 years old but he took home the 10&Under title winning in 10:51 to win by 18 seconds. Other athletes finishing top 5 today included Andie Marie Jones finishing 3rd in the 11-12 Girls, Gavin Cooper was 3rd in the Junior Boys and Cathryn Jardet placing 5th in the Freshman girls along with Anna Graves in the 10&Under Girls!
