Competition is open to all boys and girls who have a valid/current AAU registration card and currently reside in the Southeastern District of AAU. For AAU Team and individual registration please visit the AAU web site at: AAU Registration

Events Schedule

Events may run up to 1 hour ahead of schedule. Please listen for your event call. We will only call each event two times. Age groups of like sex may be combined in distance races/walks which have minimal participation. Please -AAU Handbook  The meet will run on the schedule listed below moving from youngest to oldest age groups Girls first – Boys to follow / All races are section versus time finals – no prelims

National Qualifier

Held at Hardin Valley Academy (June 29 – July 2). In order to qualify for the National Qualifier you must place in the top 16 in your event at the district championships.




The entry deadline is June 21, 2022 (midnight EST) NO EXCEPTIONS


An entry fee of $20.00 per contestant ALL ENTRIES MUST BE SUBMITTED AND PAID ONLINE (Including relays) by entering at the link below.  No paper or faxed entries will be accepted. YOUR ENTRIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED UNTIL PAYMENT IS CONFIRMED. NO REFUNDS!


There is a three (3) event maximum for the 8 & under, 9, 10, 11, 12 divisions. There is a four (4) events maximum for 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18. EVENT MAXIMUM includes RELAYS AND FIELDS EVENTS. Relay team members must be declared with alternates.


Javelin will take place starting at 11AM with the youngest athletes at the Hardin Valley Elementary School field. You will need to come over to the Track Stadium after 9AM to pick up your team packet to receive their competition bib.


Awards will be given to top 3 places in each event. Awards will be available for pickup when your team finishes the meet. They will not be mailed.

Gate Fee

$5 for spectators pre-ordered at the link above. $7 on meet day. Children 5&Under Free. Wristbands for athletes/coaches will be in packet – 1 Team Coach pass for every 6 athletes, Unattached – 1 coach pass for every 1 athlete. If you need more than that, you will need to email or be prepared to pay at the gate. Noone will be permitted into the stadium before 1PM without a wristband indicating you are an athlete/Coach or paid spectator. ONLY coaches will be permitted beforehand to setup their team tent and then they will need to exit. We will have packets available Saturday morning starting at 9AM. You will however have to exit the stadium and re-enter at 1PM unless otherwise notified.


All parking lots will be available on the weekend.


Full concessions will be open throughout the competition.

Packet Pick up

Packets will be available at the concession stand one hour prior to the meet. There are bib numbers for this event. Hip numbers will be distributed at the clerks tent and will be placed on the left hip or chest.  Please make sure your athletes tuck in their jerseys.
