Post Season Cross Country in the South – time to run fast and shoot for the stars ! With major post season cross country meets in the South being run on fast courses (Footlocker South – MCalpine Park / Nike Team Regional – Wake Med) post season time trials have become a tradition to prep your runners for the fast starts and races to come.

Entry Fee for the Time Trial is $15.00 (if you are a registered participant of Knoxville Youth Athletics Post Season Cross Country Program there is no entry fee). All entries must be completed and paid for online by 11/13/2024 (8PM – EST).
