Post Season Cross Country in the South – time to run fast and shoot for the stars ! With major post season cross country meets in the South being run on fast courses (Footlocker South – MCalpine Park / Nike Team Regional – Wake Med) post season time trials have become a tradition to prep your runners for the fast starts and races to come.

The electric atmosphere coupled with paced sections, digital split times every 200m and great music sets jammin’ over the PA serve to produce superior performances. The 2013 Time Trial saw the meet record shattered by Aaron Templeton (Hardin Valley Academy) going 8:54.26 with two other athletes under 9:20. Your 3200 PR is sure to go down.
