The Knoxville Youth Athletics Post Season Cross Country program is a five week endurance athletics program for boys and girls 3rd-12th grade.  The program gives young athletes an opportunity to experience competitive cross country running, and to give middle school and high school athletes a chance to extend their cross country season  against regional and national competition.

You must register online prior to your first practice (no exceptions).

• Start Date:
  • 10/29/24 – Middle School and Younger – Top 50 in any meet OR Top 75 at Area Championships on 10/8. Director has ability to add any additional athletes on case-by-case basis.
  • 11/4/24 – High School runners not running State
  • 11/11/24 – High School runners who ran State
• Fees: $100 In addition to program fees, each athlete is also responsible for his or her meet entry fees, memberships (if needed) and travel fees.
  • Elementary/Middle School XC Program fee ($100) includes:
    • KYA Jersey ($15 Value)
    • AAU Card for AAU XC Nationals ($20 Value)
    • KYA ES-MS Time Trials ($15 Value)
  • HS Athletes ($75) covers:
    • KYA Jersey ($15 Value)
    • KYA HS Time Trials ($15 Value)
